I have produced engaging email campaigns for tour operator Cascada Expediciones and sustainable hotel EcoCamp Patagonia. Each month, I wrote company newsletters for three different types of clients (customers, leads and partners). I have also contributed content to industry newsletters and created emails for clients to inform them about new promotions, emergencies, voting for an award, birthday discounts, etc. With every email, I study the data-driven results (click rate, open rate, etc.) and look for new ways to improve in the future. Additionally, I stay up-to-date with new techniques, trends and technologies and currently hold an Email Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.
