I produced engaging email campaigns for Cascada Expediciones and EcoCamp Patagonia. Each month, I wrote company newsletters for three different types of clients (customers, leads and partners). I also contributed content to industry newsletters and created emails for clients to inform them about new promotions, emergencies, awards, birthday discounts, etc. With every email, I studied the data-driven results (click rate, open rate, etc.) and looked for new ways to improve in the future. Additionally, I continue to stay up-to-date with new techniques, trends and technologies and currently hold an Email Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.
